Unless otherwise mentioned the following is our standard cancellation policy.

PLEASE NOTE: A tour is not CONFIRMED until payment is made in full.

If you require to cancel your tour up to one month prior to departure you will receive a 90% refund.

If you require to cancel your tour within one month and 48 hrs prior to departure you will receive a 50% refund.

If you require to cancel your tour within 48 hrs of departure there will be no refund.

If you require to ALTER your tour departure details in any way, we will do our best to meet your changed needs at no editorial charge, change however would be dependant on the availability of the new requested time, and can not be guaranteed.
